How can I buy rugs from Persian Carpet Export? |
You can order variety kinds of handmade rugs, Kilim, Gabbeh etc … by email, phone or fax.

How I can see catalog? |
As you know the handmade Persian rugs are woven through different persons; so it causes them to be unique that is the main reason that makes the Persian rugs incomparable from other rugs. To see some samples of handmade Persian rugs click on the Catalogue.

How I can request price list? |
In order to request price list you’d better to visit the Variety and Gallery and find out some necessary information about what you are exactly interested in, and then let us know your favorite quality and design.
Also we need to know a brief summary of your activity in rug market and your customers taste such as new or old, size etc...

Can I ask to change price list? |
Yes, it depends on your customers’ demand; you can arrange the price list based on your customers demand.

Which currency do you use for price list? |
We use Euro for the price list, but if you are interested in your currency please mention.

What is the term of payment? |
We use international payment methods such as L/C or T/T, other methods is negotiable.

Can we request payment after receiving the goods? |
Yes, if you pay through L/C.

What is MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity)? |
To start a long term business relation there is no limitation at the first order but obviously there is a relation between the amount of your order and costs, for example the larger orders reduce shipping cost.

Can we request for CIF price? |
If you request for CIF price you should mention to the amount of order exactly and also choose the method of shipping, otherwise we write FOB price.

What shipping options are available? |
You can choose between vessel, air plane and truck.
Because of the difference in costs through the above methods, you can ask for one of the methods or combination from two (vessel & truck)
The most popular is maritime (Vessel) because of its low-cost and usually takes 20” or 40” container, if the amount of your order is less than a 20” container we can use just a part of container, but it would take a longer time.
The fastest way is shipping through airplane, and it is possible to airports, in this method the cost would reduce for more weight for per Kg.
One of the most common ways for European countries is shipping through truck because of its best price and least time.

Can we set the contract before purchasing from Persian Carpet Export? |
Yes, if need a contract, you can send a draft from contract to us, we would review it and send it back or we can make a draft and you review it. Totally based on the mutual agreement the contract would be ready to be sign.

How long does it take to get ready my order? |
When you order the specific amount of rugs, we will wash and make them ready to be exported. It is up to the amount of your order but the max time is about 30 days, and then we will send them to you.

How long does the shipping take? |
Regarding the method of shipping and the distance we can predict this time, commonly through air is about 10 days, truck 20 days, maritime 30 days.

How much do we have to pay for shipping, handling and insurance? |
If you want to pay CIF, then there would be no need to pay for shipping and handling, but if you pay, FOB then you have to pay for shipping and insurance which depends on your request, you can pay on destination or departure.

Does the insurance cover shipping? |
The insurance has covered shipping in the origin and you need to use another kind of insurance you can arrange it in destination.

How do you pack the rugs? |
Rugs are usually packed in 1.00 x 0.50 x 0.50 meter bales with approximate weight of 80 KG and covered with two layers nylon, if other method is preferred( pallet, role, one by one) please mention it.

What are the documents we receive simultaneously with the sent rugs? |
You will receive invoice, a packing list, and form A and airway bill or bill of lading.
If you need other document or certificate please mentioned it.
